.:Advertisement Two:.

This advertisement is of a cityscape under water, in a pool. In large black letters above the city are “Don’t let this be Our Future, Save Our Rainforest, Stop Global Warming”. This makes it clear what the ad is initially is trying to say. However there are multiple layers to this ad, which is only the first. When it says “Save Our Rainforest”, it means we have to stop the logging because the trees are what take in the carbon dioxide and change it into oxygen so that we can breathe. The fact that the pool is underwater suggests that because of global warming sea levels are rising, to such an extent that the city is now under water. It’s saying this could happen sooner or later, if we keep going. The colour sceme plus with the multimedia is what creates that underwater effect, and without it the ad wouldn't have nearly the impact it does. The audience this ad is addressing is kids, teeenagers and adults. The audience range is quite large, however i doubt the younger kids could get the full impact of what it's trying to say.
