boundary- something that indicates bounds or limits. There was a boundary around the school. bracelet- a certain type of jewelery, that can be worn on your wrist, arm or ankle.
brackets- a type of support, normally as of metal or wood. On the weekend i put the brackets on the all.
brilliant- distinguished; illustrious. It was a brilliant performance by a young pianist.
broccoli- a green vegetable. I hate the taste of broccoli.
browse- to look through or glance at casually. He's browsing the shelves for something to read.
cafeteria- a lunchroom or dining hall, found at schools, where food is served from counters. I ate my lunch at the cafeteria.
calendar- a table or register with the days of each month and week in a year. He marked the date on his calendar.
calories- a quantity of food capable of producing such an amount of energy. I consumed a lot of calories.
campaign- military operations for a specific objective. The campaign was won but the war wasn't over.
cancellation- an act of canceling. I had made a cancellation at the dentist.
capital- the city or town that is the official seat of government in a country. Tokyo is the capital of Japan.
carelessness- not paying enough attention to what one does. Look at the carelessness of that typist.
carpenter- a person who builds or repairs wooden structures, as houses or shelving. Bill is the name of our carpenter.
cashier- an employee, as in a market or department store, who collects payments for customer purchases. The cashier was very friendly.
catalogue- a publication, such as a book or pamphlet, containing such a list or display. I read the catalog of summer fashions.
celebrated- to observe (a day) or commemorate (an event) with ceremonies or festivities. I celebrated Christmas.
challenge- something that by its nature or character serves as a call to battle, contest or special effort. Space exploration offers a challenge to humankind.
character- the aggregate of features and traits that form the individual nature of some person or thing. I loved the cartoon character Bugs Bunny when i was little.
chef- the chief cook, esp. in a restaurant or hotel, usually responsible for planning menus. I complimented the chef on a delicious meal.
